Yoga has had a profound and positive effect on my life since the first time I stepped on my mat. It fosters a wonderful sense of community, it's taught me to accept, love, and look after my body, it's given me the tools to slow down and chill out when life inevitably gets a bit overwhelming or stressful, and it's made me a happier and healthier person.
